Service Commitment

In my company, "fast and efficient" service concept, the principle of openness solemn commitment to all customers:

3, foreign customers want us to provide after-sales service, network, telephone, photographs, and other remote communications using the principle guiding the way. Do need to go abroad on-site repair service, the customer should bear all the costs.
Third, our maintenance personnel on-site service, the customer is obliged to provide free space, lifting equipment, tools, and equipment and personnel to assist facilities.
Fourth, the company has a full-time staff for the use of our products to customers from time to time telephone follow-up visits, and visit records to file.
