The head wheel drive shaft of the cement bucket elevator and the inner surface of the bucket belt are too smooth, which reduces the friction between them and causes the bucket belt to slip. At this time, a layer of glue can be applied to the inner surface of the drive shaft and hopper belt to increase friction.
The bearing of the head wheel and bottom wheel of the cement bucket elevator does not rotate normally, and the resistance moment increases, causing the bucket belt to slip. At this point, you can remove, clean, oil or replace the bearing.
