The bucket elevator conveyor has the advantages of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long service life. Here's how to install it correctly.

installation steps:
1. The bucket elevator conveyor must be firmly installed on a solid concrete foundation. The surface of the concrete foundation should be flat and horizontal to ensure that the bucket elevator conveyor meets the vertical requirements after installation. The middle casing and upper casing of the bucket elevator conveyor with a higher height should be connected with adjacent buildings (such as silos, workshops, etc.) in order to increase its stability. When installing, install the lower parts first, fix the anchor bolts, then install the middle casing, and then install the upper casing. The casing is installed successfully, and the verticality is corrected. The error should be less than 10mm when measured with a plumb line above and below the full height. The upper and lower axes should be parallel, and their axis lines should be in the same plane. When installing the bucket elevator conveyor with a lower height, the upper, middle and lower casings can be connected and aligned at the ground level, and then the whole can be hung upright and fixed on the concrete foundation.
2. After the casing is installed, install the chain and hopper. The U-shaped screw used for the connection of the hopper is not only the chain joint, but also the fixing part of the hopper. The nuts of the U-shaped screws must be tightened and reliably prevented from loosening.
3. After the chain and hopper are installed, tension them properly.
4. Add an appropriate amount of engine oil and butter to the reducer and bearing seat respectively. The reducer is lubricated with industrial gear oil. Calcium-based or sodium-based butter can be used in the bearing seat.
5. Trial run, after the installation of the bucket elevator conveyor is completed, the empty car trial run should be carried out. Attention should be paid to dry running: no reverse, no bumping. The idling operation should not be less than 2 hours, there should be no overheating phenomenon, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 250C, and the temperature rise of the reducer should not exceed 300C. After 2 hours of dry running, everything is normal and the load test can be carried out. The feeding should be uniform during the test run with load to prevent excessive feeding, which may block the lower part and cause "stuffy car".
