The traction component of TGD elevator adopts high-strength steel rope core tape, which overcomes the live loading when the chain is engaged with the sprocket. Easier than chain lifting, able to achieve higher productivity at a faster speed, under the same production conditions, because of its high working speed and lighter weight, the tape can make the line load of the material and the line load of the traction member smaller, thereby reducing the size and weight of the whole machine. At the same time, because the tape has good elasticity and flexibility, it has a vibration damping effect when the hopper is loaded. Due to the use of high-strength steel wire rope core tape, the lifting height and conveying capacity of the hoist can be greatly improved, so this type has a good development prospect.
