To celebrate the International Labor Day, enrich the cultural life of employees, improve the cohesion, centripetal force, efficiency and the cooperation spirit, our company organized an outdoor development activity with the theme of "Creating Team, Improve Self, Gather Strength and Creating Brilliance" at Xiamen Special Training Base on the afternoon of April 30. More than 100 employees from three companies under Zhixiang Industry, namely Xianghao Industry and Trade, Luwei Construction Machinery and Zhixiang Iron and Steel, participated in the activity.

At the opening ceremony, General Manager Ye Bingjun deliver a speech. He hoped that everyone could break through themselves, dare to take on responsibilities, unite and cooperate, and achieve their goals in the development activities. Later, he awarded the camp flag to Vice General Manager Ye Yaozong. Lin Qicong, chairman of Xianghao Trade Union, and Ye Qisheng, chairman of Luwei Trade Union, also took over the company flag from instructors respectively. The special training camp officially started!

At the beginning of the activity, the instructor took everyone to warm up. Through team naming and the design of team slogans, flags and formations, employees from different companies, departments and positions quickly became familiar with each other and condensed into teams full of fighting spirit.

In the most intense and exciting link of "crossing the line of life and death", all the players should safely send each player across the 1.5-meter-high "line of life and death" in a silent state. If any player fouls, not only the task should be restarted, but also the captain should accept the punishment of constant superposition. Several strong male players crouched half and set up a ladder, make the players step on their legs and shoulders and climb over the "line of life and death". They sweated out and still gritted their teeth and persisted, female players also overcame their fears and jumped down from a height of 1.5 meters. Other employees who did not participate in the activity cheered for them nearby. As the last team member crossed the "life and death line", all the teams completed this "impossible" task. Everyone jumped up, celebrated the victory. At this moment, all the participants in the activity gathered into a big family!

At the end of the activity, everyone formed a big circle to share their experience in the activity. Chairman Ye of Lu Wei Trade Union and others presented awards to outstanding individuals in the activity, and General Manager Ye Bingjun presented awards to groups that won the Outstanding Organization Award in the activity.

In addition, our company also arranged leisure activities such as air rifle shooting, sumptuous dinner and bonfire party for everyone. Finally, under the gorgeous fireworks, the May Day development activity was successfully concluded.
