Bulk materials arrive at wharf by water transportation, and are sent to  assembling steel silos for storage by pneumatic conveyor/belt conveyor/ship unloader/bulk truck transfer/chute/elevator, etc., and then distributed to all parts of the region by cement tanker or connected with wrapping machine for sale as bagged materials. 

Newly-built hydraulic projects are usually built in relatively remote places. It is difficult to transport raw materials such as cement, fly ash, sand and gravel. It is usually necessary to build large-capacity assembling steel silos, which can be centralized and one-time transportation and used for a relatively long period. The material can be directly transported to the destination through inclined belts, pneumatic conveying, etc.

In the mixing station system, assembling steel silos are usually used as intermediate storage containers for batching. Bulk materials are transported to assembling steel silos by bulk trucks, belts, etc., and to measurement equipment by means of screw conveyor, belt conveyors, etc. for mixing.

Ores are transported to raw material storage through mining and transportation. Then it is transported to crushing machinery (coarse crushing and fine crushing) by belt, then to finished product storage bin by belt conveyor and elevator, etc. Finally, it is transported and sold by truck. If necessary, the crushed granules are transported to finished product bin by flour mill, and then sold by bulk truck.

For the storage and transportation scheme of bulk materials in the factory, raw materials arrive at the factory by bulk trucks. And it is transported to the raw material storage bin by dump-elevator or compressed air, then to the measurement equipment by belt conveyor or screw conveyor. And the raw materials are stirred, mixed and bagged after accurate measurement, and sent to the finished product storage bin by discharging equipment or bagged and sold by automatic packaging palletizer.
