Zhixiang's excellent steel saves worry and effort; logistics scheduling demonstrates responsibility - Cai Tasui, the Steel Pioneer of the first half of 2024

In Zhixiang Industry, there is a dedicated logistics dispatcher who quietly contributes. He practices the company's slogan "Zhixiang Good Steel, Worry-Free Solutions" with his actions, making customers and upstream/downstream processes worry-free through his diligent efforts. He is Cai Tashui from the logistics center.

Cai Tashui (middle) was selected as the company's Steel Pioneer for the first half of 2024.

I. Enthusiastic help for drivers, spreading warmth

During logistics transportation, external drivers often encounter various problems and difficulties. He always gives them selfless help with a passionate heart. Whenever an external driver comes to the company, he proactively greets them and patiently answers all their questions, from loading and unloading procedures to surrounding road conditions, no matter how small. One time, several drivers from out of town were stuck in traffic and didn't arrive at the company to load goods until after 9 PM. When Cai Tashui learned they hadn't had dinner, he immediately rode his bike to town to pack fast food for them, allowing them to eat while waiting for their vehicles to be loaded. His enthusiastic help made the external drivers feel at home and earned the company a good reputation.

II. No break during lunch, assisting with weighing work

The weighing station is a crucial link in steel logistics, and ensuring the accuracy of cargo weight is paramount. Cai Tashui deeply understands the hard work of the weighing staff. During lunch breaks, when the weighing staff are having lunch or resting, he voluntarily gives up his own rest time to help at the weighing station. He carefully and meticulously checks the weight of each vehicle's cargo, ensuring data accuracy. His dedication not only reduced the workload of the weighing staff but also improved the efficiency of the entire logistics process.

III. Reasonably split orders to create efficient logistics

As a logistics dispatcher, one of Cai Tashui's core tasks is to reasonably arrange delivery orders based on vehicle conditions. He thoroughly studies the company's logistics needs and vehicle resources, and meticulously formulates optimized delivery solutions by combining various factors such as road conditions, transportation distance, and customer requirements. He fully considers the vehicle's load capacity, volume, and driving performance, reasonably disaggregating orders to ensure that every vehicle and every driver can maximize their efficiency. Under his meticulous dispatching, the company's logistics costs have been effectively controlled, and the speed of cargo delivery has been greatly improved, truly making customers worry-free.

IV. Back-tracking workshops to ensure on-time delivery

To ensure timely delivery of customer orders, Cai Tashui often tracks back to the processing workshops, closely monitoring production progress. He maintains close communication with the production department, promptly understanding the processing status of orders, and adjusting logistics plans based on actual progress. If he finds production progress lagging, he immediately coordinates resources from all parties to accelerate the production pace, ensuring that goods can be loaded and shipped on time. His rigorous responsibility and efficient coordination have earned the company a high degree of customer trust.

V. Urgent vehicle dispatch, prioritizing customer needs

In the logistics industry, customer demands are often urgent and variable. Whenever a customer urgently needs vehicles, Cai Tashui always responds quickly and actively allocates resources. With his rich experience and extensive network, he can quickly find suitable vehicles and communicate efficiently with drivers, ensuring that vehicles arrive at the company for loading in the shortest possible time. Last year, a customer in Hunan urgently requested that over a dozen truckloads of zinc-aluminum-magnesium pipes be transported to a construction site in Hunan the very next day. This sudden task presented a severe test to Cai Tashui. However, he showed no panic and immediately plunged into the intense dispatch work. He first carefully analyzed the quantity, weight, volume, and routes of the goods, determined the type and number of vehicles needed, and calculated the logistics costs. Then, he made call after call, sincerely explaining the urgency and importance of the task to the drivers, seeking their support and cooperation. At the same time, he also communicated with the company's warehousing department to ensure that the goods could be quickly and safely loaded onto the vehicles. Thanks to Cai Tashui's efforts, one after another, vehicles loaded with zinc-aluminum-magnesium pipes set off, speeding towards the construction site in Hunan. He constantly monitored the vehicles' driving status, maintained close contact with the drivers by phone, and promptly resolved various problems encountered along the way. Ultimately, under Cai Tashui's meticulous organization and coordination, over a dozen truckloads of zinc-aluminum-magnesium pipes arrived at the Hunan construction site on time, solving the customer's urgent need. Cai Tashui's outstanding performance not only won high praise from customers but also further highlighted the company's "worry-free solutions" service philosophy.

Cai Tashui interprets the responsibility and commitment of an excellent logistics dispatcher with his practical actions. In his ordinary position, he contributes his strength to the company's development, making the company slogan "Zhixiang Good Steel, Worry-Free Solutions" shine brightly in every logistics link.

Batching plant bulk material transfer scheme

In batching plant systems, assembled steel silos are often required as intermediate storage containers for ingredients. Bulk materials are transported to these assembled steel silos by bulk trucks, belts, etc., and then conveyed to the weighing scales via screw conveyors, belt conveyors, etc., for mixing.

Factory Bulk Material Storage and Conveying Solutions

Factory bulk material storage and conveying solution: Raw materials arrive at the factory by bulk trucks or other means, and are conveyed to the raw material storage silo via dump-lift or compressed air. They are then transported to the metering equipment via belt conveyor or screw conveyor. After precise metering, they are mixed or bagged, and sent to the finished product storage silo via discharge equipment, or bagged for sale after packaging by an automatic packaging and palletizing machine.

Hydropower project bulk material transfer scheme

New hydropower projects are usually built in relatively remote areas, making it difficult to transport raw materials such as cement, fly ash, and sand and gravel. Large-capacity prefabricated steel plate silos are usually needed for centralized transportation, allowing for a single delivery to cover a longer period. The materials are then directly transported to the point of use via inclined belts, pneumatic conveying, and other methods.

Train Bulk Material Transfer Scheme Diagram

Bulk materials are delivered to the site by train, and then transported via pneumatic conveying/belt conveying/screw conveyors and elevators, etc., to assembled steel silos for storage. From there, they are distributed to various locations in the region by tanker trucks, or connected to a bagging machine for sale as bagged materials, or transported by truck to the point of use.

Port Bulk Material Transfer Station Solution

Bulk materials arrive at the terminal by water, and are then transported to assembled steel plate silos for storage via pneumatic conveying, belt conveying, ship unloaders, bulk truck transfer, chutes, elevators, etc. Afterwards, they are distributed throughout the region by cement tankers or connected to packaging machines for sale as bagged materials.

Mine Bulk Material Storage and Transportation Solution

Ore raw materials are transported through mining to raw material storage silos or stockyards, then transported via conveyor belts to crushing machinery (coarse crushing, fine crushing), and then transported by belt conveyors/hoists or other means to finished product storage silos or processing equipment, finally transported by truck or packaged for sale. If necessary, the crushed granular material is then ground into powder by a pulverizer and transported to the finished product warehouse, then sold via bulk trucks or after packaging.
