Outdoor Team Building Celebrates May Day, Uniting Efforts to Soar Together

To celebrate the 'May Day' International Labor Day, enrich employees' cultural life, enhance employee cohesion, morale, and combat effectiveness, and strengthen the spirit of collaboration among various work teams within the company. On the afternoon of April 30th, the company organized an outdoor team-building activity themed 'Forging a Team, Surpassing Oneself, Consolidating Power, Creating Brilliance Together' at the Xiamen Lie Ren Jun Hun Special Training Base. Over 100 employees from three companies under Zhixiang Industrial, namely Xianghao Industry & Trade, Luwei Construction Machinery, and Zhixiang Steel, participated in the event.

Prefabricated steel structure supports shipped to New Zealand again

Luwei Company, having maintained multiple order transactions with its New Zealand client, finds that the client highly values our cooperation, providing us with a continuous stream of orders. Immediately after receiving the last batch of steel structure derricks, the client placed another order for a batch of pre-fabricated steel structure supports and other products. This order is divided into two shipments. The first batch was shipped and completed in early February. The second batch also completed the container loading process on April 5. Before shipment, we meticulously inspect the client's products to ensure quality and quantity before they are delivered. Let's take a look: before painting, we also invited dedicated SGS experts to conduct inspections to ensure product quality before painting, packaging, and shipping.

In February, Chen Ming from Luwei's finishing workshop proposed using translucent tiles to improve the lighting in the finishing workshop, a suggestion adopted by the production manager. After replacing the translucent tiles, the workshop became brighter, bringing two improvements to the finishing workshop: it changed the situation of having to keep lights on during the day, saving electricity; and sufficient light allows for clear inspection of the appearance of products in the finishing process, improving product quality.
