Air slide conveyor
Air slide chute is a pneumatic conveying equipment used for conveying dry powdery materials. It is commonly used in the cement industry for conveying cement and raw meal powder. Air slide chutes are widely used in material conveying because they have no rotating parts, are easy to maintain, have good sealing, are noiseless, operate safely and reliably, consume less power, are convenient for changing conveying direction, and can feed and discharge at multiple points. The main component of the air slide chute is the permeable layer. The air slide chute adopts PETS-6 (polyester) type synthetic fiber fabric, which is a new type of permeable material. It has advantages such as high temperature resistance (up to 150℃), corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low hygroscopicity, light weight, flat surface, and long service life.

Air Slide Introduction:
Air gravity conveyors are a type of pneumatic conveying equipment used for transporting dry powdery materials. They are commonly used in the cement industry for conveying cement and raw meal powder. Air gravity conveyors are widely used in material transportation because they have no rotating parts, are easy to maintain, have good sealing, are noiseless, are safe and reliable in operation, consume less power, can easily change conveying direction, and allow for multi-point feeding and multi-point discharge. The main component of an air gravity conveyor is the permeable layer. Air gravity conveyors use PETS-6( polyester ) type synthetic fiber fabric, which is a new type of breathable material, featuring high temperature resistance ( up to 150 ℃ ) , corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low moisture absorption, light weight, flat surface, and long service life.
Air Slide Features:
It consists of two trough-shaped shell bodies, upper and lower, made of thin steel plates. A permeable layer is clamped between the upper and lower shells, and the entire chute is arranged at a certain inclination. Material is fed by the feeding equipment onto the permeable layer at the feeding inlet of the upper shell. Air is blown into the lower shell by a blower and passes through the permeable layer along the chute, fluidizing the material. The fluidized material then flows forward along the inclination and is discharged from the outlet.
Air Slide Working Principle:
The trough body of the air gravity conveyor is divided into upper and lower layers by a permeable layer. Powdery material falls into the upper layer inside the chute through the inlet pipe. Compressed air generated by the blower enters the lower layer of the trough body through a flexible connection pipe. The air passes through the micropores of the permeable layer, causing the upper material to be aerated and fluidized. The fluidized material then flows from the higher part of the trough to the lower part like a liquid due to gravity. The air entering the upper trough is discharged through a filter.
