Vertical Bucket Elevator (High-Speed NSE Type /NE Type)
I. Application Scope and Features
1. Plate Chain Vertical Bucket Elevator can be used to elevate various materials, including: ore, gravel, manufactured sand, coal, cement clinker, etc. Its application range is very wide, with few requirements for material types, characteristics, and lump size. It can elevate not only powdery, granular, and lumpy materials, but also highly abrasive materials, and can elevate materials with a temperature less than or equal to 250℃ materials, and has a large conveying capacity, with an elevating capacity reaching 800m³/h 。
2. High elevating height. This series of elevators has low chain speed, stable operation, and uses plate chain type high-strength wear-resistant chains, thus achieving a higher elevating height (up to 50 meters).
II. Good Rigidity, Long Lifespan
The Plate Chain Vertical Bucket Elevator adopts inflow feeding, with minimal extrusion and collision between materials. The design of this machine ensures that materials do not spill during feeding, elevating, and discharging, thereby preventing material wear. The conveying chain uses a plate chain type high-strength wear-resistant chain, extending the service life of both the chain and buckets; it has high structural precision, the casing is edge-welded, providing good rigidity, and a beautiful appearance.
III. Energy Saving and Environmental Protection
The Plate Chain Vertical Bucket Elevator adopts inflow feeding, gravity-induced discharge, and uses densely arranged large-capacity buckets for conveying. The chain speed is low, the elevating capacity is large, and there is almost no material backflow during elevation, thus requiring less driving power. The theoretically calculated shaft power is that of ring chain elevators by 25%-45% ; good sealing performance, minimal environmental pollution; good operational reliability, advanced design principles ensure reliable operation of the entire machine, with fault-free operating time exceeding 3 10,000 hours; convenient operation and maintenance, fewer wearing parts, saving energy consumption and maintenance, and low operating cost.

1. Three-phase asynchronous motor YX3 Series
A three-phase asynchronous motor is a type of induction motor, powered by simultaneously connecting to 380V three-phase alternating current (phase difference 120 degrees) for power supply. Because the rotor of a three-phase asynchronous motor rotates in the same direction but at a different speed than the stator's rotating magnetic field, there is slip, hence it is called a three-phase asynchronous motor. The speed of the three-phase asynchronous motor's rotor is lower than that of the rotating magnetic field. The rotor winding generates electromotive force and current due to its relative motion with the magnetic field, and interacts with the magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque, thereby achieving energy conversion. Features: Reliable operation, durable, and higher operating efficiency.
2. ZSY Hardened Gear Reducer
ZSY The gears of the gearbox are all made of high-quality alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness reaching HRC54-62 , good interchangeability of main components, featuring small size, light weight, high precision, large bearing capacity, high efficiency, long lifespan, high reliability, stable transmission, and low noise, widely used in mining, building materials, construction machinery, and other fields.
