The structure of the vertical bucket conveyor flat top chain is very simple, only a plate chain with hinges on both sides and a pin shaft. One side of the hinges on both sides is fixedly connected with the pin shaft, which is called a fixed hinge. On the other side, the hinge in the inner gear is rollingly connected with the pin shaft, which is called a movable hinge. The movable hinge and pin constitute the hinge of the flat top chain. Notes on vertical bucket conveyor operation:
1. The bucket elevator is maintained and managed by personnel, and the key of the power switch box is managed by personnel.
2. The vertical bucket conveyor must have a hoist limiter and a stroke limiter. The limiter should make the pulley stop automatically when it is lifted to 300mm from the drum or pulley.
3. The hoist should have a load mark, and the weight must not be overloaded (1T) when lifting or lowering.
4. After power transmission, check the hoisting limiter, travel limiter, interlock switch and other safety devices, the action is sensitive and reliable, and carry out a trial hoisting.
5. Before hoisting and landing, you can drive after ringing the alarm.
6. The elevator is absolutely not allowed to carry people up and down.
7. After the work is finished, the hoist suspension plate should fall to the ground, then cut off the power supply, and close the upper and lower guardrail doors.
8. Always keep the environment around the vertical bucket conveyor clean.
