Features:

It is composed of two upper and lower trough-shaped shells made of thin steel plates. A breathable layer is sandwiched between the upper and lower shells, and the entire chute is arranged at a certain slope. The material is added to the air-permeable layer of the upper shell feeding port by the feeding equipment, and the air is blown into the lower shell by the blower and passes through the air-permeable layer along the chute to fluidize the material. The fluidized material flows forward along the slope, and then is output from the discharge port.

Working principle：

The tank body is divided into upper and lower layers by the air-permeable layer. The powdery material falls into the upper layer of the chute through the feed tube. The compressed air generated by the blower enters the lower layer of the tank body through the soft nozzle. Fluidization, the fluidized material flows from the height of the tank to the lower part like a liquid under the action of gravity. The air entering the upper tank is discharged through the filter.
