In order to improve the safety awareness of the workshop employees and prevent the occurrence of accidents, on March 5,2022, Xiamen Luwei Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. organized the employee safety production reeducation training, and all the workshop employees attended the training.

Production safety is everyone's responsibility

This training was delivered by Shen Yongmiao, the manager of the production department, which mainly included: equipment safety operation norms and protective measures, safety management system, correct wearing of labor protection supplies and accident case analysis, etc.The training emphasizes that new employees should have the required knowledge and skills; identify job risks and take measures to ensure operation safety; confirm that operation activities will not affect or endanger the operation safety of others; and wear PPE correctly.

The training adopts the audio-visual method combining PPT courseware and video, which enhances the enthusiasm of employees to listen to lectures and improves the training effect.
