1. Plate chain bucket elevator no-load trial operation;
(1) Check whether there are tools, iron parts or other sundries in the hoist, and clean them up if necessary;
(2) The guide rail, reducer and transmission chain of the rear bearing seat should be fully lubricated;
(3) Check whether the parts of the plate chain bucket elevator are in good condition and whether the tension of the traction chain is appropriate.
(4) After the above preparations are completed, turn the trolley by hand to observe the friction force of the traction chain. When there is no fault, the power can be turned on and the crane can be started several times. If it can run, the bucket elevator can run continuously.
(5) Debugging must be carried out under unified command to avoid confusion during debugging. Parking guards must strictly abide by the rules and must not leave their posts without permission.
(6) Special personnel should be assigned to observe and operate the main parts of the head, tail, and middle, and report problems in time.
(7) The loading test can only be carried out when the empty vehicle runs for 2 hours and the operating conditions are satisfactory.
(8) Cover all inspection covers and place sufficient asbestos or other gaskets on them to allow for load testing.
2. Test and operation of lifting equipment:
(1) Start with no load first, after normal operation, gradually feed the material, strive for uniformity, and do not feed suddenly to avoid blockage or overload. Don't load things before driving.
(2) During debugging, the housing should be completely sealed to prevent the material from falling off. Before stopping, all materials in the elevator hopper should be unloaded.
(3) During the trial operation (no-load test and load test), the prepared data such as voltage, current, power, link speed, and lifting capacity must be tested to check whether the design requirements are met. Does the bucket elevator have the phenomenon of returning material and how does it vibrate?
