It often makes abnormal noises due to the abnormal operation of certain components. The main reason for the abnormal noises There are couplings, lifting head wheel and bottom wheel, and the inside of lifting barrel.

 1. Abnormal noise of the coupling: The abnormal noise emitted by the coupling is sometimes accompanied by vibration noise with the same frequency as the motor's rotation. The main reason for this failure is that the front and rear shafts of the coupling are not concentric. The cement bucket elevator manufacturer tells you that you should adjust the position of the motor and the reducer in time to ensure that the motor shaft and the reducer shaft are concentric.
2. Abnormal noise of head wheel and bottom wheel: The cement bucket elevator manufacturer tells you that the noise of the head wheel and bottom wheel is very small when they work normally. When abnormal noise occurs, the bearing is damaged due to poor sealing or lubrication, which is emitted by the bearing seat. . Carefully check the bearing condition of the head wheel and the bottom wheel, if the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
3. Abnormal noise in the barrel: The cement bucket elevator manufacturer tells you that the main reason for the abnormal noise in the barrel is that the hopper is falling off, damaged or loose. In this case, stop immediately, carefully inspect and repair the hopper that is fallen off, damaged or loose. In daily work, every 500 hours of operation of the cement bucket elevator, a complete inspection of the hopper is carried out to check whether the hopper is in good condition and whether the connection between the hopper and the hopper belt is firm, so as to ensure the stability of the hopper operation. At the same time, a fence can be installed at the discharge port of the cement bucket elevator to prevent damage to other equipment after the hopper falls off.
