Cause analysis: The height difference between the vertical bucket conveyor and the material is too large during feeding, and the feeding pressure is too large, resulting in ash leakage.
Solution: In order to suppress the ash running phenomenon caused by the height difference of the machine hopper, a buffer device can be added at the hopper to reduce the feeding pressure, or the height difference can be directly reduced to prevent the ash running phenomenon from happening again.
Reason analysis: There is a gap in the case of vertical bucket conveyor, and it is not fully welded.
Solution: The vertical bucket conveyor is not fully welded, resulting in dust running. At this time, you can use glass glue to crack the running ash, or stop welding first.
